Mayfield School - A Case Study
29th June 2019
Branding & Print Work via Cumbria Exchange
We came across the Cumbria Exchange website and thought it would be a great idea to give something back to our community that ordinarily would have cost a few hundred pounds and understanding the lack of funds available to the third, charity and education sector this would not have been easily achievable. We have followed the success of some of the stories already on the website so wanted to get involved. We posted the job of a free brand design focusing on a logo and brand identity. Whether this was for a start-up organisation wanting to begin their journey of their brand or an already established organisation that wanted to rebrand and change their image.
Once the offer was posted on the website, we were contacted by Mayfield School asking if we were able to help create a new brand image for them. This was triggered by their upcoming move to a new site. We were in talks with the Head Teacher for the school and during the project brief it was suggested that we take inspiration from some of the student drawings that were put together by all their classes.
Since that initial consultation and the creation of their new school logo, we have continued to work with Mayfield School to create a whole array of business stationery and marketing material. Its been a great project to work on and the school can now pride themselves on their modern and friendly image.
